We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
To return or exchange an item, first send us an email to email@example.com with your order number, and if you're looking to return the item, or exchange for another product, and we'll take care of it.
We do not currently offer pre-paid return shipping labels. Return shipping charges are at your own expense via a carrier of your choosing. Please use a postal carrier that provides tracking information and send us an email with the tracking information.
Once we receive the item(s) we'll be happy to process the return/exchange. Note that we cannot process returns/exchanges until we receive the returned item(s).

A few housekeeping notes:
We'll gladly accept returns of unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased from us in-person or online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cash or check must be accompanied by the original e-receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a original e-receipt or gift e-receipt. Monogrammed, personalized or otherwise custom items, and final sale items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges of items purchased at one of our retail partners must be handled through said retailer. Please contact them directly.
